does anyone happen to know what kind.

i live in new mexico and actually found this gal by a small watering hole used for cattle. im certain she was released by someone that had her as a pet. just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. thank you in advance--Judith

That's a desert rosyboa, but it would be hard for me to pinpoint it more than that.
I looks like my rosy that I caught in the San Bernadino Mts (Pioneertown).

It is obviously an escape. Its a good thing you removed it from the wild.

thanks guys...i was lucky to find this girl. winter here is harsh and she most certainly would have died...ill look for species from that range and see if its a match--judith
