It looks more like a localality cross than a "morph"...Almost looks a little Isla De Maize..ish. ( Corn Island).

Yeah, to me it has Hog Island or Corn Island characteristics... but the side pattern on the tail reminds me of BCC, so it does seem like it is a cross of some kind.
Do you have any information on the parentage?
