Cycling???

Ok, this is my first time cycling my animals. I had an article in one of my magazines about what temps, using a cooler with cold packs, etc..., but now I can't find it! Anyone out there can tell me what's the best temp. range to go with and how often should I circulate the air. I vaguely remember the temp range to be 45-55 degrees F ? What about air cycling - 1-2 times/day to let in fresh air?

Are you talking about seasonal cycling... aka brumation or hibernation? For which species are you talking about?
