sold as an amber as well, while in shed. Now that it shed, I am not so sure. Is it a normal or possibly an amber?

Thanks for looking

I'd have to agree it looks normal or at most het caramel. Might be het hypo as well but no way to tell.

Sorry your having this luck. Were both questionable snakes from the same source? If so I'd address both at the same time.

Good Luck.

Sean.

I hate getting snakes from 3rd owners. The information about the snake usually never makes it past the second owner.
I believe I am the 4th person to own this snake. I will have to try breeding her to my known carmel next year and see. Maybe my hypo the year after. My luck she wont be either. lol
The other post about the amber/carmel snake, I bought it from the breeder as an amber. It just has soo much black, looks way more carmel. Thanks for the feedback

Yeah it is tough when it is not coming directly from the breeder.

As far as the other caramel post I was not necesarily saying you should send the snake back, especially after food costs and bonding for so long, but possibly negotiate for partial refund or to get something else comped or at reduced rate.

normal. Way too much orange and red. Amber of course is hypo caramel and caramel is just another type of anery (no reds/oranges).
