dwarf questions.....

HTDesigns Nov 03, 2007 06:40 AM

Hey guys I would like to get a pair of dwarfs to work with...I have a space indoors roughly 16 by 12 to work with. maybe a bit bigger!

questions:
is this space large enough?

at what age will the dwarfs breed?

can babies be sexed?

where is the most reliable site to get info from?

thanks in advance guys and gals

When you say "Dwarf's", I am going to assume you mean Dwarf Caiman and not Dwarf Crocs. Please correct me if I am wroing. 16' x 12' would be good space for this species. I would recommend looking at this site for specific information on Paleosuchus: http://crocodilian.com/paleosuchus/

Currently, that is the best written documentation on the captive care of Paleosuchus. Of course, don't neglect to do research on general crocodilian husbandry.

I hope that helps,

Chris
