I have seen pictures of both Gopher Snakes and Bull Snakes my snake looks a little like both I was told by one person that Gopher and Bull were basically the same thing. Is that true? and if not how do I tell which one mine is?

Bullsnakes, Gophersnakes and Pinesnakes are all in the same genus known as Pituophis. Although they are VERY closely related, they are NOT the exact same animal.
There are several species within this genus, and many more sub-
species in addition to that.
Post a good quality photo on the "Pine/Bull/Gopher Snakes"
forum, and they will surely be able to easily tell you which one you have.
