Frank, I was wondering if you had any thoughts on these guys. They are animals from Barker/hammock from wild caught animals from the Jalapan area. They were once called smithi by Hammock but we know they aren't.Its just that the animals were collected from the type locale of smithi etc...
Anyway, this male right here is 14 years old now and is direct offspring from a trio that was brought back in the mid 80's.
They key out as Ruthveni and I have treated them as suck.I have produced only one baby so far from a small clutch of four eggs. The baby looked just like mom.
anyway, just wondering what you thought and if you had any experiance with collecting that area?
Thanks Shannon
this is a 13 year old f1 male.

this is another male and is from the male above but the female (sibling to the male above) died a few years ago in a different collection.

this is the only female I have and is a sibling to the male just above and is a granddaughter to the first male posted.

this is the only baby I have produced so far.Its from the clutch of eggs you see above and the younger male.It is a female btw and is doing great.

and this is the father to my oldest one and the grandfather and great grandfather to the rest posted. And as far as I know I have the only ones of these left and I have kept them seperate from my Amealco line and my Tapalpa jalisco line.
whatever they are (kings or milks?) they are what they are.LOL...snakes from Jalapan.
