Looks like it was a dead baby - probably normal - maybe a pastel - but it doesn't look fully developed to me.

Thats what I thought at first, Pastel, but why is it in shed if its under developed? I have had them die late term, but I dont recall seeing them in shed, or with dead skin. Maybe a week or two old?

I would imagine that it had died while in shed and was then fed off. Even though those people seem to really have a hate-on for ball pythons I kinda doubt they would feed their snakes with expensive snakes for no reason. I think the person who made the comment about them feeding off piebald babies was making a joke.

I've heard this story before... It was a still-born super pastel, I believe -- or an unhealthy baby that died shortly after hatching -- I can't remember. That thread is pretty hateful, but than again, the "SoLA" guy can't hate ball morphs that much if he's putting time into hatching babies and, of course, breeding.

I think Steve Harrison had a well-written post at the bottom that no one seemed to have a good enough response for
