Well i know albino x albino is being done more frequent now. AS far as pied x pied what kind of quality pied has been produced?Any with high white or is it a less quality pied? Is it still better to go with a pied x het pied breed? Input please.......H

It does not affect the hatchlings at all. The babies will have random amounts of white just like always.

It was never better to breed Pied x het. The reason most people do it that way is because it is cheaper to buy het females than visuals and so the adult pied females can be used for combos.

Thanks for replying.......Makes sense but then again a pied male and female guaranting 100 % pieds will make you the money back quick.

I don't know...personally, if I had adult female pieds, I would do combos. I would probably breed to a Cinny, Black Pastel or Pewter if you want something that will sell well (if I was doing it for me, I'd make some pied/albino double hets, too). I think Cinnies/Black Pastels 100% het pied, or Pewters 100% het pied would make a great project. You could keep a male and breed it back to the pied girls. Then you'd get visual combos, it wouldn't take too long, and I think those would be awesome. I'm sure you would make your money back and then some, too. I think that combos are really the way to go. That's just me, though. You should do whatever you like.
