New Owner Needs help

I've had my beardy for about two months. Shes about 3-4 months old, about 11-12 inches long, and about 2 in wide around her tummy. I'm having trouble getting her to eat her veggies. She has no problem eating her crickets, she eats 6-8 large crickets a day. For her veggies I've been giving her a mix of mustard greens and juvenile beardy food from re-cal. If I put the food tray right in front of her she'll she two or three bites and then she stops. I once was able to get her to eat 4-5 bites, but that was with constantly keeping the food tray infront of her. When I set the tray down in the cage I make sure that she can see it, so she knows where it is. I know that at her age she's going to eat more crickets then veggies, but I'm worried that she's not eating enough veggies. She poops regularly and it doesn't seem to be to runny or to hard. She seems healthy, but I know looks can be deciving. Anyway, any tips/advice anyone can offer would be greatly apperciated. Here is a pic of her (hopefuly you can see it if not follow the link http://www.kodakgallery.com/BrowsePhotos.jsp?UAUTOLOGIN_ID=21182491312&collid=21182491312.46309316812.1194306959486&page=1&sort_order=0&navfolderid=0&folderid=0&ownerid=0)

I wouldn't be all that concerned about her not eating a lot of vegetables. I'd continue to offer a salad every day regardless. I would just suggest offering a variety of greens rather than always the same. Maybe a mixture of 2 greens in each salad. I buy 6 types of greens a week and make a different salad every day. Keep in mind I have 14 dragons and they pretty much eat 6 bunches of greens a week. Even though Mustard Greens are a favorite of all of mine maybe yours just doesn't like them much.

In the picture she looks healthy. I am a little surprised that she eats so few crickets though. Does she poop everyday?

My babies ate about 50 1/2" crix a day when they were that size. I'm not sure what size a "large" cricket is.

my thought is the crickets may be too large, which is why she isn't eating many. Make sure the crickets are only about the same size as the width between her eyes.

You can also try feeding different kinds of insects, such as silkworms and small horn worms.

Make sure you basking temps are at the right range (105-115F) and the ambient temps are good as well.

You can try feeding silkworms on top of her greens, or butterworms too.
