Tri-color Cooling Questions

Just got a nice pair of Tri's as part of a trade so now I need to be sure that I have my facts straight. Can someone bring me up to speed as to cooling them. How cool, for how long? The woman that I got these from has had nothing but bad clutches from them so I would like to do things correctly and get some good eggs out of them.
