i have a few more.notice there is a lrage bump under its front legs.this is on both legs.its tail is also really fat.

You can use your kingsnake account to post pictures, it is really easy and the site explains everything up above the link that says "gecko gallery", but I'm going to take a stab:

Is the only reason you think the gecko is sick is the bumps?

Are the bumps just behind the armpit area and look like a clear fluid filled blister?

Does the gecko appear in pain at all if you touch them?

If your answers are Yes, Yes, No, given the information you gave us that the gecko was overweight most likely those are fat/calcium deposits and are nothing to worry about. Usually small ones are a sign of a gecko of good breeding weight. If they get too large they can hinder walking and such. A diet may be in order, maybe not.

See if you can get those pictures up and we can give a better answer.
