any ideas on safe plants that would be less appetizing to Dill???

icequeen Aug 23, 2003 07:02 PM

Hi Everyone...

I'm looking for plants that are safe for Dill to be around, and sleep in, but that are less appetizing to her than pothos.

I will always have live pothos available to her, but she eats them much faster than I can replace them, so I'd like to diversify a little bit and include other varieties in her enclosure.

Any suggestions for me?

Thank you....

Ficus is a relatively inexpensive plant that you can get in big sizes and is considered 'safe' to keep in with iguanas and chameleons- probably fine to be in with PTS. My bearded snacked on one occasionally as well. Good old plastic plants work well too- that is what decorates my PTS enclosures, plus gives more shelter to the wood hides.
