Hey all,

Just wondering....

Do Leo's shed their entire life??? Like, I know that lizards and such shed when they grow, but will they shed even if they're not growing more for the heck of it or for another reason???

Thanks, in advance.

Yes, they continue to shed throughout their entire life. They do it less frequently once they've reached adult size, but it still happens.

Yes, lizard shed throughout their lives. We human shed to, but in tiny pieces so you can't see it, but we do. They shed to replace the old worn down with the new one.

Yes, they never stop shedding. When they get older it becomes less frequent. Although there are some triggered responses like:
-injury
-seasonal changes (breeding season)
-egg laying, etc...
