i know the eastern indigo is protected.. at least i think it is... if i wanted to obtain 1, i am sure i would have to go through some special process.. such as getting some type of permit or whatever.... anyone have any info on this or know where i could get this info...

there are no restrictions on keeping non-venomous snakes where i live..
