extensive Nov 09, 2007 10:22 AM

i have a 100% het albino i would like to breed this year but she is only 1200 grams. i normally start introducing my males with my females on the 1st of nov. do you think it would be too late to get another meal or 2 in her and at the end of the month introduce the male? let me know... thanks.

Keep feeding her as long as she'll eat before you cool her. Most of my snakes are still feeding strong with just some big girls off feed for the winter.

I don't start breeding until January, so I'm really late- you can breed whenever you want to. She can gain some major weight by then, and weight almost always means more eggs.
