My leo had eggs last night and I put htem in vermiculite and water mix. I got the info from albeys, however I do not have an incubator and I put the eggs in the tupperware and into a 10 gallon tank on the other side of the tank I use 75 WATT BULB.The eggs are not directly under the light. Is this o.k.My basement is warm a least 75degreess. Anyway thanks Matt

I am assuming that your leo was with a male, and the eggs would be fertile. Are these her first eggs, she will be laying more. We just had one lay seven clutches and this was her first year. 75 degrees is too low , do you have a room that is at least 80 to 85 degrees.I know a person who hatches all his eggs in a room at 85 degrees.Or you can buy a small heater to raise the temp. in the room. If you go to a farm supply store you can purchase a Hova-bator, they are also sold at reptile shops, check out the shops on this forum. Keep us inform.

You said you have them in a tupperware in a ten gall with a 75 watt bulb? Just offhand, I'd say it may get too hot. In any case, I doubt you will get a steady enough distribution. If you have a 10 gal, you might be better to use a warm water DIY incu with a small water heater. Either way, you need a thermostat.

you do not need a thermastat .. right away as i incubated all my eggs in a hova-bator without one...

but really like crazy dragon said you just need to have a room that would be at the right temps so mabye if you have a small closet ? put them in there and get the temps to 80-85.. depending on if you want male or female ( any room would do ) as long as you can get the temps to work ,
good luck im a first breeder too as my mom is crazy dragon ..and we hatched are first cluths this year
