My female drop 28 babies couple of days ago..
All yellow with more or less dark spots/pattern. No green ones :sniff: .
18 of them are doing fine and are healthy.
8 of them might have some eye problem.
2 of them had a hole in their stomach.

Here's couple of photos.

Happy trashcan

Sami

Those are beautiful babies Sami! I especially like the photo of all of the babies together. What does the male look like? Congrats!

The male is camo/green

Perhaps I try to beed the male with my other female next year (if the female grows up a little)
Here's a pic of it too

I love that female you picked up in Hamm. Here is a male from the same region.

Very nice, Sami! Yes, I would breed that female, as well. She's very nice. It's good to see you showing off your photos again. Keep them coming.

Congrats Sami!! Love your use of the "trashcan"! Wish I had a mussurana to give surplus Bothrops babies to.

Oooh, what a great idea, Matt. We had one when I was very young. What a cool snake that was! I never thought of them as being useful disposals. Too bad you never see them anymore.

Too bad you don't see Mussuranas? I produced about 20 snake disposal units this year. In fact I got some African House snakes so I can get enough small feeder snakes to get them going.

Doug,

Do you maintain any Clelia clelia in your collection?
