So I've read all the care sheets for Dry's and most of them suggest a varied diet. Be it chicken parts, dor's, Whole fish, wc frogs, pheasants, or quail. I'm wondering what everyone feeds their drymarchon? I realize most feed with ft prey but I wonder if that kills all the parasites? How often would you do fecals?

These guys have had my interest for a long time and though I might just be "wetting" my feet with BT's I still plan to give them the same care as I would a couperi. I think theres enough Knowledge on these boards to help me out beyond the 4 or 5 year old care sheets.

Moreover I'm looking for Tried and True captive husbandry techniques that have worked for others.
Thanks in advance for any comments
Nate

I wrote a Yellow Tail husbandry article, but much of the information would apply to black tails as well. E-mail me.
