I would find dark warm areas, like under the refrigerator or water heater.

I don't know who it was on here, but someone found their gecko after 6 months (I think), so there is h If it were me, I would try to block off any exits from the area that he is lost in, leave a bowl of food and water out beside your hides, hopefully he will come across the food and then hang in the hide to sleep it off. Good luck!

I have a story for you.

My baby gecko, Sora escaped too, but let's not waste time on how he escaped, just how long he was gone for and how I got him back. He chose to stay in a cabinet that was attached to the wall in a slim part of it where no one could go who was bigger than him. He stayed there from October 15th (this was last year) to about...April, I wanna say. And all that time he had no food or water what-so-ever, and he lived. He came to me one morning before school, he was just there sitting on my steps as I was coming upstairs, just waiting. At first I thought he was dead until he moved. So he survived six whole months without food or water, so have hope for your little leopard gecko. My advice is always look out for it, even years after if you haven't found him/her yet. Just have hope.

Good luck
