bearded dragon vents

is it easiest to just cut a rectangle out and put some ind of screen there? ive seen this done and it doesnt look bad at all. Any suggestions on what kind of screen should i use?

Yes you can pretty much use any type of vent to cover the opening, just be sure to use screen inconjunction with any vent that is not already equiped. Aluminum, crickets can chew through polyester.

I personally use a hole saw and either find a soffet vent that fits the enclosure or use muiltiple holes covered with one rectangular vent.
