The ones that I brumate definitely have a GREAT appetite coming out of brumation...but I would say that mine that brumate do not catch up to the ones that I have been feeding all winter.
Everyone's set up is a little different (temps, etc..)
Not sure what you meaning or intent is here but I think everyone should study current hybrids on the market. Even if you don't like hybrids you should be able to tell if something is crossed.
As far as me being an expert on hybrids. I think by just paying attention to all sorts of things related to herpetoculture, herpetology and field herping will make one more knowledgable about the animals they keep.
