Super PASTEL X Pin...

MannyRottie Nov 13, 2007 08:34 AM

Would that be a waste of time?

I dont think it would be a waste of time. You would end up with lemon blasts, pastels, and pins, and possibly normals. I would do it if I had the pair. What else do you have to breed to your super pastel? You might have something better to breed to it.

I have a spider, a pastel, or 100%het genetic stripe to possibly breed to the super pastel. What do you think would be the best combo out of these?

You would get pastels and lemon blasts. No plain pins or normals.

out of those choices the pin would be the best in my veiw cuz you would get 50% lemonblasts and 50% pastels the other choices would be same percent but instead of the lemonblast you would get bumble bees if you breed to the spider or supers if you breed to the pastel.

in my view the lemonblast is the best for the investment but bumblebees are, in some people's views, better looking. there are far fewer lemonblastes than bumblebees because the pinstripes came out later and are still more expensive than the spiders. Just my view honestly you can do what you want but it is definitly not a wasted pairing.
