Pics of new Newton Indian Bullsnake Pair

orchidspider Nov 13, 2007 09:19 AM

Just got these today from John Skager of Ill(I found his ad on the Kingsnake Classifieds) and am really happy with them. These are yearlings and bred from parents from Newton County Indiana, just across from Kanakee Ill. John things that these are some of the best bulls he has ever bred for high contrast markings. The first pic is of the female and the 2nd and 3rd pic is of the male and the last pic is of them just out of the box. Its nice to see all these new morphs you all are breeding, but then again, a really nice pair of locality animals should be in every pit enthusiasts collection- and these snakes in my opinion are living proof of this!

Nice! Those originating from the Indiana side of the sand prairie are seldom available. Here is a photo of one of my Kankakee bulls and her offspring from this year. Its good to see someone working with that locale!

Well, I have John Skager to thank for that. And again, I love your page! feel free to grab one of the pics to use on it, or if you want some, email me and Ill take a few better ones.

Glad to hear you like the Pit website. Its really more of a combined effort from a lot of folks as much as anything though.

Would be glad to have some nice photo's for the website image gallery. When you get a chance to pose a few send them along to,

p.peak@insightbb.com

Thanks, Phil

Nice animals, found them there myself a couple of times. They tend to be a little darker on the Indiana side for whatever reason. My colleagues and I hope to have animals from east of Newton County next year.
