I have heard that freezing mice for longer than 30 days kills harmful pathongens and its spores. Is this true?
I don't know for sure, but it would make sense. Almost nothing can survive extreme temperatures, hot or cold, for extended periods of times. It would only be logical to say that freezing something for that long would kill off anything bad on it. But like I said I'm not certain.

It depends on the pathogens...
Tapeworms, Nematodes and Acanthocephalan worms, yes, you will kill the adults. I am not sure if the same can be said for the eggs.
You will have no affect on bacterial infections and likely little to no affect on protozoan infections such as Coccidiosus.
You can freeze bacteria, Ameobas and the like at -60F and have little affect on their viability.
