The sun is low in the sky, but still out in full force so I took my little buddy outside for a photo session. Let me just say this photo stuff is hard. After about 40 pictures, these two were the only ones I was satisfied with, and not even really 100% on them. I still feel like I'm missing some clarity or crispness in them. Anyway, enjoy. I like to try and catch some great photo's and share them

Don't be so hard on yourself. You did a great job. Crystal clear in focus on the head. I have been into photography since Kodak box cameras were popular. Just focus on the eyes and forget everthing else. For the heck of it, for outdoor pictures, try using a white reflector to soften the shady areas. In a pinch, I have even used a piece of white writing paper. This will take the place of expensive flashes. Send some more pics.
