salmon color on sides of older male

shannon brown Nov 16, 2007 01:35 AM

This old w/c male I have has some killer salmon link color on his sides and underside.I wonder how common this is with older snakes. He didn't really have it much several years ago and he was collected as a adult many years ago.

Weird how the nuchal is still red, maybe some of those snakes just get pink, but I think I can see lots of red still in the other post. That one looks like pink borders are a locality thing?
