Getting there, lol I have many, many tanks to set up. I have some lizards I have set back up, but some I think I will just leave to brumate since they have been out of their tanks already for 3 weeks.
I should be back at FULL capacity
as PHEve (moderator) by end of next week. Kingsnake crew was KIND enough to understand I needed some SCRUB A DUB DUB time with my reptiles/tanks/ room
As far as your question, fire away, I will TRY and answer

hi eve,
my lemonhead is a great lizard and probably the best eater that i have. the only problem is that he doesnt put on a lot of weight i can usually narrow down problems but i have had this guy for 2 years and i know he's not full grown but this last year he only grew about an inch and a half and now is being out grown by yoshi who when i first got them was still a juvenile.could it be worms? do you think it would hurt to worm him ? what would you use to worm him? and what dose? i think that what ever is going on is depleteing his mineral intake because i his food is dusted every time he eats and his toe nails dont grow much even if his food is dusted with straight calcium. i dont have a reptile specialist within 3 hrs drive so its hard for me to get to one . any suggestions would be much appreciated. thanx zuki
It's hard to say what his problem is, if any.
** Some yellowheads are just smaller than others. I have a utah guy about 5 years old that looks like a juvey. But I also have some that are good sized. He should have a fecal done to test for worms/parasites.
I have a microscope and do alot of my own fecals. I use panacur when I worm them. If you want to talk more about this email me , as I'm on the run right now.
