I am planning on trying this hybrid in the future. Right now I was planning on doing female burm x male retic as that is what I was told was the best way to go. What I am wondering is how much do you have to get the male worked up before switching him to the female burm (or retic if a male burm is the better way to go). With the difference in incubation times for each species, at what time do you decide to cut eggs (i've been told as early as 50 days and as late as 70)? Also I know this is cross produces alot of infertile eggs and if you can get one fertile per clutch it is considered a success but it's a challenge I want to accomplish. Thanks in advance.

Don't foget the candles. Most time when you hybrid you just have to cycle the female. And hope she is accepting of the male.
