You're not too likely to find many pictures of their natural habitat because there aren't too many people photographing that part of the world short of, perhaps, military lenses...
"The Eyelash Geckos" is a great book that covers the natural history (and many captive care details) of all eublipharid geckos and includes pretty good, locality-specific biotope pictures of many species in the family. Several biotope pictures are provided for species in the E. macularius complex. The pictures are landscape scale, so you won't see any closeups. This is of little consequence, since the macularius complex is so wide-ranging that wide shots and closeups alike will not cover all the bases.
The book, last I saw, was cheapest via the BeanFarm, but Amazon also has it. It's not cheap, but is well worth the price from either outlet.
