How long and ...

I have a beautiful litle Creamcicle that i am enjoying very much. After her last feeding however the temp dropped due to a power outage and she regurgitated. I am alomost positive this is what caused it to happen. I am just wandering how log I should wait to try to feed her again and how much do I feed. She is still pretty small and only eating F/T pinks. I have read to feed her only a pink head for 3 feedings every seven days and then to feed the pink bodies for the next three feedings after. Is this a good course of action or is it too drastic since it was probably temp that caused this? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

(I posted this on the health and diet page too. Sorry to repost but I am a little worried about her and I dont want to make matters worse by doing the wrong thing here)

I had a similar situation with a baby Snow... he regurged after eating just fine for us previously... We're pretty sure it happened because of a combination of the pink being a little too big and the temps being a little too low.
Anyway, we waited a week and then fed him again with no problem.
This is just what's happened in my experience. Good luck!

What you described is more than likely what caused the regurge.
Generally, if you get the temps back into the eighties and wait approx. a week to feed again, things should be fine. This will better allow the acid/enzymes in the gut to get back to the proper balance.

It is also a good idea to feed a somewhat smaller meal afterwards to help ensure that it gets digested properly. Then after one or two of these smaller meals are held down, you could begin to feed it more "normal" sized meals.

Thank you. I have a few really small pinkies so I will try them first I guess.
