No Holds Barred section

elaphopeltishow Nov 18, 2007 11:51 AM

Isn't it time we had a "No Holds Barred" section for the few regulars (and sometimes visitors) who enjoy a good argument, want to get on their soapbox, or simply wish to disagree for the seeming heck of it(as so many seem to do)? and maybe throw in a "Rant" section where anyone can simply "go off" without fear of recrimination and just air their thoughts, grievances, concerns? perhaps this could help to reduce the sometimes silly, often drawn out threads that appear all too often. just thinking out loud. I think you are completely wrong. What purpose would this serve? There is no one at this forum that just wants to argue for argue's sake......... only kidding, yeah, I think that would be a great addition for the site. A place where the common man or woman could go and pick a forum fight, I love it.

LOL, go postal/medieval section, I love it!!! Yeah, sometimes things go to far, something like this could keep legit threads going and those who don't want to get involved can still hang with the original thread. I wish threads weren't deleted, some really good advice and points are lost. LLLLLLLLLLET'S GET READY TO RUUUUUUUUUMBUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!(RUMBLE)

I love the yellow-orange suffusion seen on delta and gulf coast specs!

elaphopeltishow Nov 19, 2007 02:10 PM

Speckleds seem to me to be a very underappreciated and oft overlooked member of the getulae taxa. not to me and a few stalwart afficionados like terry V,the nocturnel one himself and others. I'm enjoying working with them a great deal despite some of them being a bit nervous and high strung compared to the rest of their kingsnake clan. Tony, what about wings and cranberry sauce on thursday for lunch?

hey there, friday possible, monday or tuesday much better for me.

antelope Nov 20, 2007 06:20 AM

Yeah, I agree the orange is pretty nice on some individuals, and some can be a bit more spaz-like compared to other kings, but I love 'em. I always root for the underdog...err, snake!

There was a guy some time ago who had "hi-yellow" specs that came from an Missori local. name was John Organisjack. Anyone heard from him lately?

Nokturnel Tom Nov 20, 2007 04:40 PM

You might wanna try to contact Matt Brock. He is on a few different sites, maybe post an "attention Matt Brock" thingy. Tom Stevens

Hope this one is het for whitewall, 66% sound like good odds to me!

KrazyKritters1 Nov 21, 2007 12:03 AM

I have no exact locale info on these. They are wild caught though and 2 year LTC (long term captives)

#1 Male caught at this size, I've owned it for 1 1/2 years, eats like a horse but hasn't grown an inch. Was told it was caught on the East Gulf coast of TX and have no reason to doubt the seller.

#2 Female, 1 1/2 year LTC, caught mid East TX, same seller. Eats like a horse and has grown 9 plus inches.

That is a very sharp pair! You should get some more info from the seller if possible, counties are good but those do indeed appear to be east coast Texas holbrooki, very nice!

"disagree for the seeming heck of it"

I would LOVE such a section. As long as it doesn't get personal argueing the fine points of herpetogolgical BS with at least 3 Guinness in your system is the stuff of life!

Wings help. Enjoyed our last. The team ECC double agent's attendance was great! LOL Are we on for tomorrow?

Patton Nov 18, 2007 06:53 PM

The double againt is going to have to bow out. My pesky day job is conflicting with my social schedule. LOL!!! Lets see if you guys can make the news like we did last week! Hahaha!
Hopefully I'll make it again before I move to D.C.. Talk to you guys soon.

elaphopeltishow Nov 18, 2007 08:41 PM
