is it alright if i throw all of her food, greens, veggies, fruit and all in a blender and blend it all into a fine chopped paste? if he likes it...

I would feed your iguana chopped veggies and fruits in a "salad" not a paste. If you feed your ig this "paste" as you call it you could end up with an issue of the food constantly sticking to his mouth and he should not be left that way. Any food caked to your ig's "lips" should be gently washed off. Please see my reply to your previous post from last Saturday:
