lump in ball???

I was feeling for follicles on one of my females. I did not notice any but i did notice about 4 inches up from the vent there was a large marble lump. It seemed way too low for a follicle and there is only one. She has been off feed for about three weeks and has deficated with no issues. She was with a male about 3 weeks ago. Anyone have any ideas. I have bred balls before but never felt anything like this.

My guess would be urates. I feel them fairly often when I palpate my females.
