Any Advice Please

My gecko is having a problem with her eyes. She rubs them alot on items in her cage, and she wont open them. I took her to the vet and he gave me some drops because the eyes were totally clouded over. I have been medicating her, and they have cleared up well. But still seem to iritate her because she wont open them. When I give her drops, i sometimes get pieces of what looks like shed skin from her eyes. I have never had sheddng problems that I know of, but is it possible she has retained sheds in her eyes. Is there a way I can flush them out?
