Ribbon Snake

BeardedHuman Nov 22, 2007 01:11 AM

I was in a local pet store with my sonlast week when he saw a ribbon snake. He wanted one. I have been into reptiles for about ten years and had everything from frogs to geckos to bearded dragons, I have never had a snake. I am not cool with buying one from the pet store. Anyone know where I can order one?

Thanks

I noticed that Mark Lucas has ribbonsnakes for sale at about $12 plus shipping. They are wild caught though but then, the one at the pet store probably is too. I've never heard of color morphs being bred in ribbons so it's possible that not many people are breeding them at all. Anyway, his website is linked below. I've ordered captive bred snakes from him before (not ribbons) and was very pleased in my dealings with him.
