When you factor in price, appearance, price, combo potential, price, no white snake Super, price, and the fact that I would call it a pattern and color mutation, I do not think it gets any better than the Spider.

I only have one, a female, VERY VERY little head wobble, and only noticable at feeding time. I do not have any combos at this time, but plan on making some this year. The Hypo Spider too me is one of the most attractive snakes out there. I think everyone likes a reduced pattern, whether it is on a Pastel, Clown or Stripe. The Spider might be the king of reduced pattern, making any color morph look better.

No Super, oh well!

Price, come on, it is almost time to start replacing my normal females with Spider females. How can you go wrong! If price was no object, it would be Pied all the way! But, for the money, a high white, sparsely patterned Spider is the way to go.

Absolutely the best morph out there. I just love the varied patterns- they really are just awesome. Of course, the newest is always the most popular, but I really like spiders.

However, that is just an OPINION! And you know what those are worth!

Best bang for the buck IMO.

My first snake was a spider and I did not buy it for its potential to make other morphs. I did not even know what other morphs were at the time. I bought her at a show because I simply fell in love with her. I have a few favorite morphs, but there is a reason I have a female and a male spider. Gotta love 'em!!!

There is a difference between being realistic, and being a downer!

I think what might be wrong with the Ball market is that it is getting saturated with certain morphs. That is just my honest opinion. BUT, I do not put a negative spin on every post just to put a negative spin on it.

I am not always negative either....

I am positive alot......

positive you follow me around.....

and positive spiders are ALL retarded.......

I got a bunch of them......I have no choice..they make some of what I want and they are $300.....why sell them......?......

....I also have a bunch of other morphs and am always buying new ones......

I do not follow you around, could actually care less about what you do, or do not do. I would debate the fact that all Spiders are retarded. I got my lone female from EBN, actually asked for one that was "not a wobble headed" one, and that is what they gave me. My spider is 1000 grams, and NEVER wobbled until she was around 500 grams. And, it is slight, and only when she is in feeding mode. I do suspect that Spiders that have a severe problem, like tying themeselves in knots, probably will have more severely afflicted offspring. I have heard horror stories about some Spiders. Mine is fine, kind of acts a little goofy when she is in feeding mode, but other than that, perfectly fine. Definately not something I would call a problem. BUT, I do know some Spiders do have "problems." I would contine on, but the waif is calling me to go walk the dog with her.

As for me following you around, look at how many posts you have made, and how many have I said anything to you on? Probably very, very few! Again, you and your thoughts really do not mean squat to me, but some of you posts are humorous.

I would not call overly excited at feeding time retarted. I think the amount of head wobble varies, have heard some people state their Spiders do not exhibit any wobble, have heard some say their Spiders almost tie themselves in knots. On a 1-10 scale, mine is probably a 1 or 2. Some people say it just gives their Spider personality. Bottom line for me, if I ever purchased a Spider, I would ask the breeder for a non wobbler. I think they are out there, you just have to ask.

I'm with Jyohe, even if I can't understand half of his posts.
Spiders are ok, but that retarded thing makes them not a favorite. I think pastels are the most underrated morph out there. You need them to make a whole bunch or really cool double and triple co-doms.
I've got 20 or so female pastels and super pastel breeders and will keep adding to that. Spiders, not so many. Just keeping them around to make the killers, etc.

I would have to agree, but Pastels are still one of my favorites. Can't wait to produce a Bee. Heres 2 of the 1.5 Spiders we are working with. Good luck to everyone this season

....and I have them, but the coolest morph out there is without doubt the FIRE. They make any other morph actually get better-looking with age-and I guess maybe I'm old-fasioned, but I LOVE the white snakes!

The Avalanche has already started-it is too late for the pebbles to vote....

I have to say I like the fact that the Vanilla, Fire, Sulfur, Ember, all improve a morph when crossed with it, by lightening it up, but by themselves, I think they are not in the same class with the Spider.
