I keep a pair of Velvet geckos with my Cresteds. The female Velvet even lays her eggs in the same place as the Cresteds.

Not being rude here, but thats not a very good idea to keep velvets with cresteds. Velvets (depending on the species) need much higher temps than cresteds and are not geographically compatible. Some velvets need drier conditions as well. Its not a good idea to mix species at all......period.

House a leachie with a crested, resulting in the poor crested gecko being eaten?
I’m sorry but I do not agree with you at all. Different species should never be kept together, you are just asking for trouble. Thought you would have figured that out the first time around.

well what about gargoil (my spelling sucks) geckos? arnt they the same size as adults, dont they like almost in the same geographical nich? sorry for dumb questions

Gargoyles enjoy feeding on other small lizards (including other rhacs) in the wild. They are even cannibalistic with their young. Just look at their teeth, they are made for tackling large prey and holding it. So no def not. Like I said mixing species is never a good idea.
