I was told by an airline staff that the cargohold for animals is heated and ventilated between 10-16C. Does anyone know if that is true or not. I lost three turtles, and they claim that 10-16C is standard temp. I think they jsut did not turn on the heat or put it in he wrong cargohold. The turtles were sooooo cold.
