That is really cool. Thanks for posting that. Where did you dig that up from? I find that stuff really intersting.

I used to subscribe to the Journal of Herpetology when I was a kid planning on being a herpetologis, but I couldn't understand it at that age and dropped it.

I found it on the Sierra Herps page under the bibliography
page. The Hansens have a great resource for the Mexicana complex of Kingsnakes. I was reading the paper about Ruthveni and thought that the description of L.e.virginiana seemed very similar to "Temporalis". I know that some of the locales are off for "Temporalis", but still very interesting, considering that it was written in 1920. There is plenty of other interesting articles on their page too. I'll attach a link.
