My question is how long should I keep the male in with this particular female? They were courting heavily for the past two months. For the past two weeks he has wanted nothing to do with her. She is now ovulating and he still wants nothing to do with her. Should I take him out or leave him in?

How confident are you that what you saw was an ovulation? Some people pull the male out when he stops showing interest because of ovulation. Others who want to be sure, leave the male in much longer, sometimes even until the babies are born. So its really up to you. Hope this helps
