Sorry - there are a myriad of possible reasons behind the regurges. With so little info - there is no definite way to tell what their issue is. Take them to your herp vet let him examine them and discuss it further with him.

That's disgusting.

First of all, I doubt the guy that sold them to you will take them back -- it has been 3 weeks and I don't know of anyone (aside from Serpent City because he is a vet) that has any kind of guarantee on live animals longer than 24 hours to a week, MAX. They have been in YOUR care, so unless you can somehow prove that the regurging is caused by a problem that originates from the seller, he has no reason to give your money back or take the snakes and risk infecting the rest of his collection. The only way you can prove they have anything that came from the seller is to go to a qualified reptile veterinarian -- which you should be doing ANYWAY.

These are living animals, not toys, not disposable objects or trading cards. They need health care and they are YOUR responsibility so you need to provide it. If you don't want to pay vet bills, then don't own any kind of animal whatsoever. Because that is the only way you can get around it.

So THATS why I get 3-5 of these through the rescue every week...
It all makes sense now...

they aren't as disposable as you're making them! - thats horrible--- we spend between 1200 and 2500 a MONTH at the vet- fixing what other people were too lazy/cheap/irresponsible to fix in the first place....

ugh-

Exactly. I don't get nearly as many as you do because there aren't as many keepers here in Wisconsin, but when I do -- they are almost ALWAYS in the most God-awful shape and need so much work to be brought back to a normal healthy state. I keep getting these 5-year-old animals that are 400-500g in weight, so skinny you can count their vertebra and their ribs, they smoosh between my fingers like dough, are filled with worms, have respiratory problems and messed up eyes, layers of stuck shed, and act like they have never seen food before...people are too damn lazy to do the proper research and give these animals proper care -- then get them into the vet when there IS an issue. It's easier to dump it at a humane society (who also don't know what they're doing so they call me) and give up on it or put it up on Craigslist for free so some other idiot can come get it if a more experienced person doesn't get there in time.

When did snakes become disposable?
