Pulled out my gecko to feed him today and got the surprise of my life! I have a juvenile tangerine and when i looked at him his abdomen is huge so huge that he can barely walk! I picked him up and held him up to the light and i can see a huge buildup of clear fluid in his belly and it looks like all his organs are squished up to the top of his abdomen!! I have called around but there are no vets open today for reptiles. Has anyone ever seen this before in leopard geckos because i have never seen it. This gecko has been eating and drinking normally and has otherwise been healthy and the only thing that changed was that i switched out his heating pad for a different one, could this perhaps be a result of too much heat?
