I recently purchased a three month old Columbian and was wondering if it is better to feed 1 rat pup per week or 1-2 fuzzie rats per week depending on growth? Is it OK to feed 2 fuzzie rats as size grows vs. 1 weaned or small rat?

One appropriate* sized item per week is good.
*Appropriate* means the prey item is slightly larger then the thickest part in the lower third of the animals body.

If he's ready to move up and you have fuzzies left and nothing else to do with them, sure, feed him two. Then the next time you buy rats, get the larger size.
