Need some moving advice.....

Faster Nov 25, 2007 05:52 PM

I have an adult bearded dragon i plan on moving about 30minutes away. I live in Canada and its obviously cold this time of year. I was wondering what is the best method to transport him safely and warmly. What type of container, heating etc..
Thanks in advance,

JM

30 minutes isn't very far even on Canada time. lol. It's farther than that to one of my vets. He will be fine in a box in the heated car. If you want you can just fill a couple bottles with hot water (not too hot) and put them in with him. I share a sick dragon with one of my vets and that's what she does when she preps him to go back to me.

If your moving him by car then if its already warmed then its not an issure as long as the animal is not exposed to below 60F for an extended amount of time.
