Does the hatchling on the left look to have what you call pyramiding? I had not noticed the definition on it's scutes before looking at this pix. May be just the lighting? Thanks/p

Patsy, the hatclings look fine
Very nice habitat! As I said in a private message to you-keep up the good work. But if you notice the ends of the shell curling up-like a potato chip-then revisit their diet to be sure they are not eating too much, especially of high protein foods.

they were all out today and I fed them worms.
The 3rd one to be found has yet to get cozy.

Is the lo-fire clay something you can bake in the oven? Thats a neat idea, I'd love to make one myself.
No. It is fired to cone 6.
I am not sure if the oven clay will hold up to moisture.
You could take a low fire clay and fire it in your fireplace though.
I have several pieces that were "primitive" fired that would hold up.
