ive had a ball python for a little over a month now and last night i noticed him doing something weird. he looks all the way up and he keeps twisting his body. he walks really slow and it looks like hes rubbing his nose around the tank. Is this normal or should i be worried??

Is it possible he's getting ready to shed?

Myt guess is he/she is getting ready to shed. Have you noticed any signs of shedding like pink belly or what we call the blue stage where there skin seems to change color and their eyes get cloudy looking? If you noticed either of these its the shed cycle. Hope thats what u where lookin for.

Hahaha after reading this i had to go back and read the post i didnt even notice it said walk the first time. If it can walk you need to figure out a way to show it off and make some $$$$ u heard of movie dogs now movie snakes i want one

Get him a hide box. I've found that the 'explorers' cope way better with a hide!
