Uni Eggs

Sighthunter Dec 01, 2007 02:53 PM

I just palpated my female Uni and I could feel at least seven eggs, she is in what I think is her pre lay shed. I will keep you all posted as I expirimented with her diet a bit as well as natural sun.

Last year she received a deep laceration to her jugular vein and almost died but managed to lay six eggs that did not make it.

This year the male was given easy access by her and he did not draw any blood. We shall se how it all goes.

The Pseustes female is in the blue also but she is much harder to palpate! HaHaHaHaHa She is the only snake that has learned the english language.

She said "BRING IT ON!"

Right on!
Congratulations! Now if only that Pseustes turns out to be gravid. It will be a merry holiday, indeed!
