Metronidazole dilution help

Damaranum Dec 01, 2007 06:10 PM

Hey All, I would like some advice on how to dilute/cut powdered Flagyl by Seachem(for fish). I will be treating wc Wiedersheimi.
I saw Doug Johnston posted about this previously but I can't locate his email address, so if anyone can help with this I'd really help!
Cheers,
Damaranum

You'll need to provide specifics about the Seachem product you'll be using. What is it's current dilution? Pill form or liquid? If so, a Powder formed pill, or a capsule.

Also needed will be the weight of the chameleon, and info about its health.

Hey Will, it is the Seachem Metronidazole "Marine and freshwater medication." Powdered form
Each tiny scoop has 100mg, 100% Metronidazole, according to the label.

Will be treating some wc C. Weidersheimi. Did well at first, but now seem to be declining in health, losing weight, becoming lackluster etc.

One weighs 11 grams and the other 15.
