good scales for a good price?

Norse79 Dec 01, 2007 11:54 PM

My scale no longer goes as high as the weight of some of my snakes. Someone posted this same question a while back and I should have written it down, but I didn't so... would someone be kind enough to post their answers again.

Thank you!

Let me suggest what *not* to get:

My Weigh 700 1DX

Until it broke, I thought it was great, lol.

I had this scale for less than 6 months, when it went bonkers for unknown reasons. Since I bought it from LLL, it came with a guarantee. I was able to ship it back directly to the manufacturer for a replacement. But.....it took more than 2 months to get the replacement.

i got the UltraShip weighs up to 55lbs off ebay cheap. very accurate! i love it, ive had it now for several years. does grams, lbs only , lbs & ounces and kilograms.

i ship alot, but u might not need a 55# scale. u can get a 35# ultraship off ebay, 25.00 (that includes shipping) a little less if u chose not to use the BIN

any of the larger dry goods sellers on the classifieds should have scales to meet your needs. folks like LLL and Bean Farm would be thrilled to have your business.
